Shakila Beauty Lounge is a bridal hair and makeup house in Melbourne's south-east. Brides come here on the biggest mornings of their lives, and they come back for the smaller ones too: brows every few weeks, a blow-dry before a party, a nanoplasty before summer.

Afghan, Pakistani, Arabic, Persian, Indian and Western bridal looks. A traditional bride with tikka and headpiece, or soft modern glam that reads beautifully on camera and lasts until the last dance.
Shakila does makeup. Samira and Masooma do hair. The whole party is styled together in the lounge, hair is washed and straightened here before styling, and trials are available before the day.

Makeup artist, brow specialist and teacher. Twenty years of faces, and a lounge built for the way her clients actually celebrate.
Her clients know her for makeup that understands every skin tone, for taking her time, and for being the person you trust with the family's whole wedding week. She opened the current lounge at Amberly Park in June 2025, and she now trains hairstylists and makeup artists from across Australia.
